The course content argues about selling points for a Cisco Unified Communications solution and shows in an overview about the products and features for different Cisco Unified Communications scenarios. Starting with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express the Unified Communications portfolio is introduced for small and remote offices. Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity will be presented for large enterprise customers. New features like Cisco Unified Mobility, Call Recording & Monitoring or the database functionality for redundant IP phone services are presented.
