Before attending CUDN, you should have completed the UCSE, CIPT1 and CIPT2 courses and understand the product installation and configuration procedures for deploying the IP Telephony solutions taught in class. Microsoft skills in Active Directory, SQL, Exchange and Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 are also recommended.
