You are advised to pass the HCIP-WLAN certification or pass the HCIE-WLAN written exam. It is recommended to have at least five years of ICT experience, have experience in designing, planning, implementing, and O&M of medium- and large-sized WLAN networks, take the lead in at least three projects, and take charge of major technical work in the projects.
